Emma Jory is an Internationally Certified Pilates, Yoga & Barre Educator, and health coach, who specialises in helping women during their pre & postnatal journey. She began teaching in the fitness industry in 2003 and has since gained many different certifications. She believes Pilates is the Rolls Royce of exercise and it should be the one form of exercise everyone should practice at least once a week, to keep a strong, pain free, healthy balanced body, both mentally and physically.

Yes you can, and you will learn things to help your injury. There will be some things you may not be able to do, however you will just listen to your body and decide what feels right for you, with Emma's guidance.
