Workshop Description

BOLLY ON- Followgraphy

A high energy cardio dance workout. As the name suggests -- don't think, just follow! These classes focus on getting the heart pumping to Bollywood music with basic easy to follow steps. Most steps are repeated, 'filmi' and lyrical with introduction of a few different songs each week. There’s a strange power in repetition – you’d be surprised at how your body can execute and go deeper into a step once you’ve done it a couple of times!

BOLLY ON-Choreography

A dance class teaching technique and dance moves in sequence, to a piece of music .This is for those who wish to learn the flair and feel of Bollywood. Don’t underestimate this style of teaching – although it will take some time to put together a dance routine, but once it’s done, it is extremely rewarding and a great workout. Best still is the ability to play the song and perform it with confidence and incorporate facial expressions. Feel like a Bollywood movie star!
